Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model. She started participating in fitness contests at the age of 16 after she quit gymnastics in her youth. At the age of 17 she was awarded her professional certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she was just 16 after she quit her gymnastics. After only one year, she was able to earn her Professional Card aged 17. She became one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was forced to take the time off from the stage after she received her Pro card in order to finish the college. The year 2015 saw her continue her path from last year's major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years following her debut, setting herself higher goals every year. She also won four fitness awards by the end of the year. Also, 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age ever. Ariel spent 6 years trying to finish her education following her Pro Card award. In October of 2015, she made a return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the competition, she placed third. In the summer of 2016, she was named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took sixth place in the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel claims she was more than proud of the result. It's no surprise that she placed so well, in light of the contest. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm as well as pullups with a machine, as well as bent-over rows. First, she warms up before moving on to her working sets. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. The supersetting of all exercises back into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is the way she is doing.
